albeit, chocolate covered cherries, but I didn’t have to make it or clean it.
they walk the dog
they sightsee
they climb trees until you can’t even see them anymore.
Keep it simple. Let them just play. You’ll be amazed at what your kids will find to do all on their own. No electronics. No camps. No helicopter parents. Just Kids + Time.
Wow. You bring back so many wonderful childhood memories. Summer was a magical time. Free time was the best time. It was even great just to be “bored.” Imagine that in the world of today. My buddies and I used to make the best G0-Karts. One summer we even tried to make a swimming pool from sheets of canvas, some boards, and a swing set.
