My favorite nutritionists are back with a simple kid friendly snack for us today. Isn’t it funny how often we tend to pick up items at the store without realizing how easy they can be to make yourself? It’s especially awesome when they are more delicious and healthful than any store bought alternative. Well, the gals from Prescribe Nutrition are here sharing one of their favorite after school snacks, Cinnamon Crackers. This version is higher in protein and lower in sugar than a boxed variety, but does not lack in the flavor department to be sure!
