I can feel it. Fall is coming. It’s in the air and in the noticeably shorter days. It makes me sad every year to see summer come to an end. Labor Day Weekend marks the unofficial end of summer. We plan to spend as many moments together outdoors as possible. We will be heading to Lake Tahoe for one last weekend of hiking, biking, water skiing, playing our favorite family games, and catching up on some reading. I can’t wait! With each of my kids back to school, I can feel the pressure of our days begin to grow. This weekend is a welcome respite after a busy week getting back into the groove.
As always, I plan to travel light. My Birdling Bag has come along on countless adventures this past year. It’s the perfect bag for a weekend away.
