I could say that this post is a round up all the tasty ways you can use kumquats, but I’d be lying. I mean, these are all fabulous recipes of pure deliciousness that I will certainly make my way through trying each of them starting with the Kumquat Moscow Mule! BUT the truth is, this post is undeniably about an obsession.
My fascination with the prettiest of citrus, the kumquat. If one could have a crush on a piece of fruit, it would look like this. I would happily eat or drink any one of these preparations for the tender tiny bright fruit, but mostly, I just want to stare at them!
While I spend some time captivated by the beauty of a kumquat, I give to you a collection of the many splendid ways you can use a kumquat. And if any of you have a kumquat tree, consider yourself warned. I want them all.
